June marks the beginning of one of the busiest seasons in the American art world. Museums, galleries, art fairs, and cultural festivals across the country are preparing for a packed schedule of exhibitions and events. For artists, collectors, galleries, and dealers, timely delivery is essential. Booking reliable art shuttle transportation services in advance helps ensure that artwork reaches its destination safely and on schedule.
Art shuttle transportation schedule for June 2026
This June, Fine Art Shippers is operating two major art shuttle transportation routes: an East Coast shuttle and a cross-country shuttle connecting the East and West Coasts.
East Coast art shuttle
The East Coast art shuttle is scheduled to depart from New York on June 6. The route includes stops in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, and Washington, DC, before returning to New York.
As with all shuttle routes, pick-up and delivery locations may be adjusted based on client requests and scheduling needs. This flexibility allows Fine Art Shippers to accommodate a wide range of transportation projects while maintaining efficient routing.
Cross-country art shuttle
The cross-country shuttle is scheduled to leave New York on June 15 and travel through multiple states before reaching the West Coast and returning to New York.
Early stops include Indianapolis, IN, and Chicago, IL, followed by Fargo, ND, and Denver, CO. The route then continues through California, with planned visits to Oakland, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Indian Wells, among other cities.
Additional destinations include Tucson and Flagstaff in Arizona, Gallup, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe in New Mexico, and Fort Worth and Dallas in Texas. The final scheduled state is Tennessee, with stops in Nashville and Gainesboro before the shuttle begins its return trip to New York.
As always, the route remains flexible and may be expanded to include additional locations as transportation requests are received.
Why choose art shuttle transportation?
Dedicated art shuttle transportation offers a practical and cost-effective solution for moving artwork across the country. Unlike standard freight services, art shuttles are designed specifically for fine art, providing professional handling, secure transportation, and experienced logistics coordination throughout the journey.
Reserve your space early
Summer is traditionally one of the busiest periods for art shipping in the United States. Whether you are preparing for an exhibition, art fair, gallery installation, or private delivery, early planning can help avoid scheduling conflicts and transportation delays.
Reserve a place for your artwork on an upcoming shuttle route and ensure that your collection arrives safely, efficiently, and ready for display.
